Week 1: Core Survey

The Core Survey gathers essential information about parish life, participation, and priorities.
Week 2: Supplementary Survey
📆 November 14–15, 2026
The Supplementary Survey explores two key areas: Faith & Worship and Belonging in greater detail and provides opportunities for additional feedback.

If you are comfortable responding electronically, please do so. Online participation helps us collect and compile responses more efficiently.
📄 Complete on Paper
Paper copies will be included in parish bulletins on the weekends of November 8 and 15, 2026, with additional copies available at the back of the church.
Completed surveys may be placed in the designated return basket at the back of the church until November 30, 2026.

You’ll find “Pass It On” cards with a QR code linking directly to the survey on the table in the main entrance of the church.
Please share a card with someone whose voice we might otherwise miss. A former parishioner, friend, neighbour, family member, or someone who has drifted away from parish life may have important perspectives that can help shape our future.
