Craft Group

✂️ Holy Rosary Craft Group: Creativity, Community, and Christmas Spirit

At Holy Rosary Parish in Burlington, the Craft Group isn’t just about glue guns and glitter—though we’ve got plenty of those! It’s a warm and welcoming space where artistic expression meets meaningful connection.

🧵 Who We Are

We’re a hands-on group of parishioners—seniors, younger adults, seasoned crafters and curious beginners—who gather regularly to share skills, swap stories, and create beautiful handmade goods. Our creations are featured each year at the beloved Christmas Bell Bazaar, with all proceeds supporting parish initiatives.

🎨 What We Do

From knitting to card-making, painting to wreath-building, there’s always something new on the table. Whether you’re mastering a new stitch or trying your hand at seasonal décor, our group is the perfect environment to grow your talents at your own pace.

Crafting sessions offer more than just creativity—they’re opportunities for friendship, laughter, and mutual encouragement. Many members say it’s the highlight of their week!

Senior’s Bridge Group

🃏 Holy Rosary Seniors Bridge Club: Where Cards and Camaraderie Meet

If you’re looking for engaging conversation, friendly competition, and plenty of laughter, the Holy Rosary Seniors Bridge Club is your perfect hand!

📍 Who We Are

The Seniors Bridge Club at Holy Rosary Parish is a welcoming group of experienced players who gather to enjoy social contract bridge in a relaxed and cheerful setting. We emphasize fun and friendship—and while everyone wants to win a trick or two, the real victory is the joy of playing together.

What Sets Us Apart

Unlike competitive duplicate bridge, our focus is on social interaction and constructive play. We welcome all players who have a basic understanding of the game. While we don’t offer instruction for beginners, we encourage thoughtful discussion and kindly ask that criticism be left at the door. This is a space where everyone’s bridge journey is celebrated.

👥 All Are Welcome

Whether you’re flying solo, attending with a partner, or showing up with friends, there’s always a seat at the table. No registration is needed—just bring your curiosity, good spirit, and a readiness to shuffle!

📅 When and Where

Sessions are held at the Holy Rosary Parish Hall thanks to the gracious support and encouragement of our church. Keep an eye on the Parish Bulletin for current meeting times and any updates.

🎯 Our Goal

To create a space where seniors can connect, compete lightly, and have fun—regardless of how lucky their cards may be that day! Come for the bridge, stay for the friendships. We can’t wait to deal you in!
